Southern Shine Car Wash

Been here a few times and love it. Great amenities and never got rushed out. Dj and Kyle helped make my experience quick and resourceful (I didn’t know there was a mat station on the side) I have a lease car so I try to keep it as clean inside and out as possible so I know I can trust this place! Price: $10 I just get the basic one and always ask for no brush and they respect it everytime with a smiling face. (: I will be back!

By far the best car wash in Spartanburg! Staff is always friendly, and they pay attention to our vehicles. I have 2 monthly plans and it's been the best decision I've made! Love the tire shine station and fragrance spray

Unfortunately, my experience with this car wash was extremely disappointing. I brought my vehicle in good condition, with no new damage, but after the wash I discovered fresh scratches on my car. This is completely unacceptable. Instead of leaving with a clean car, I left with damage that will now cost me money to repair. What disappointed me the most was that no one was willing to take responsibility for what happened. It’s very frustrating to trust a business with your vehicle only to have it returned damaged. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, the staff called a police officer they knew. From my perspective, he immediately took their side without making any real effort to understand what had happened. In the end, we were told to leave the property and were informed that we were no longer allowed to return. It gets even worse. In their response to my review, they claimed that the woman who was with me is a member of my family. That is simply not true. She is not a member of my family. It’s disappointing to see inaccurate statements being made in their public response instead of addressing the actual issue. After this experience, I cannot recommend this

10/10 recommend! Wow! I loved the guys with the pre scrub, that’s a really nice touch! Wash did a great job even with basic wash! vacuums work great and staff was checking them regularly! Vacuuming my car took half the time it’s taken at other similar car washes! Lots and lots of clean DRY towels at the after wash cleaning station. Clean trash cans, not packed to the max. Glass cleaner, dry towels, trash cans and used towel depositary at every vacuum station. No hunting around for a cart or abandon supplies. I didn’t use the mat cleaner but it was available along with a generous sink and scrub brushes. Staff was very friendly! Even asked if I was happy with the service and supplies! Best 15 bucks I’ve spent in a while on my poor little beater.

If you are interested in a car wash then, Southern Car Wash is the best in Spartanburg. After using and trying them all, these folks are definitely at the top of my list. There equipment is spot on and gentle to your car's finish. The service folks are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and very well upkept.
